We hope that they will prove useful and enhance your congress experience.

The delegate portal
New this year, the delegate portal gives you instant and early access to all things digital at ERA-EDTA. Log in to your personal account, where you can preview your e-materials orders, view and rate presentations, and even ask questions to speakers during and after the congress! You can also request electronic attendance certificates, and use the portal to find out more about the digital services we are offering this year.

Wi-Fi service
The Wi-Fi connection will be available in the main areas of the congress centre during ERA-EDTA. You can access the service from your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop computer.
Once at the congress centre, your badge number will be all you need to access the free Wi-Fi connection. Follow these simple steps to connect:

Congress app
This useful tool serves as a convenient guide to the congress, where you will find all key information in one easy to access place. You can download the ERA-EDTA congress app to your smartphone or tablet before you arrive at the congress centre; just search for “ERA-EDTA 2015” on the Apple or Google Play stores to download the free app.

E-materials service
Have you ever wanted to take away slides from a congress session, eliminating the need to take notes and letting you focus on the discussion? Or, have you ever had to miss a session that you were hoping to attend due to timetable clashes? The e-materials service enables you to order available presentations, which you can then access directly after the congress. Simply collect your SMART Card at the bag collection desk, or use the e-materials module on the congress app, and you are ready to go!
What are e-materials?
Each e-material represents one presentation during a scientific session.
You can order a presentation if the speaker has released his slides for dissemination. Once you confirm an order, you can access the e-material by viewing and downloading the pdf file of the released speaker slides or streaming the webcast of their presentation.
How do I order and access e-materials at the congress?
You can order e-materials through the following methods:

How many e-materials can I order?
You can order (add to cart) as many materials as you like during the congress. These will automatically appear on your delegate portal e-materials page, also accessible through the congress app.
Following your order, you will be able to access a set number of e-materials, which is dependent on the number of ‘e-points’ you have (see below for further information about ‘e-points’). At the end of the congress, you can choose which of the materials you would like to access, view and download (check-out), and which ones you don’t want to keep.

When will my materials become available?
Most pdf files will be available as soon as the presentation starts in the lecture room, or shortly afterwards. Webcasts will be available about one or a few days after the session.
‘E-points’ system
You can order/add as many missed session as you like to your basket. To confirm and access materials in your basket 1 e-point is required for each presentation.
Every delegate will receive 10 e-points automatically, and you can also gain additional e-points through completing certain activities:

Unlimited access to E-materials for ERA-EDTA/UKRA members attending the Congress (members
not attending the Congress will receive 30 e-points).
